ChatGPT

ChatGPT is a user interface for the large-language model, OpenAI's GPT. You can have human-like conversations with it, as well as use it to automate tasks and integrate it into software.

What I use it for​

  • Connecting cross-domain concepts (e.g. "what are the metaphysical assumptions that underly functional programming?")
  • Media recommendations (books, music, movies, apps, etc)
  • Bouncing ideas
  • An entry point for research into history, philosophy, science, and engineering
  • Embarrassing life questions (e.g. "can I mix these items in the same laundry load?")
